Georgia Room was designed to make panels and presentations feel more like an experience.
Located inside the Freehand Hotel in Gramercy, Georgia Room is a 2,000-square-foot private event space built for panels, presentations, brand talks, industry forums, and creative gatherings. With built-in AV capabilities, flexible layouts, customizable production packages, and catering from The Smile To Go, everything you need for a seamless event is right at hand. And yes, the disco ball stays.
Just outside Georgia Room, The Studio offers a flexible breakout space for registration, coffee service, sponsor activations, smaller sessions, and networking breaks. For events that call for a little more celebration, Bar Calico, our sister cocktail lounge located across the Mezzanine, is available for pre- and post-event receptions.

Georgia Room has hosted multiple NYFW collections including PatBO FW26 (covered by New York Style Guide) and Jack Sivan FW26 (covered by Forbes). The space works for:

Hair and makeup can be run on the floor while models line up in the iconic back of house. Lounge seating for 75 in-house, plus 120 chairs for runway setups.
